Job summary

Seven Counties seeks a part-time Direct Support Professional to teach and coach activities of daily living, assist with transportation and community access, and support clients’ recovery goals. The role emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and collaboration with care teams to ensure quality services.

Responsibilities include monitoring client progress, providing therapeutic feedback, and participating in trainings and care planning meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Six to twelve months full-time experience with individuals who receive services.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach, model, and coach activities of daily living (ADL) and related skills.
• Provide transportation and assist access to community resources.
• Administer First Aid and CPR as needed; monitor and document care.
• Maintain confidentiality and report in compliance with policies and regulations.
