Job summary

Seven Counties seeks a dedicated part-time Care Coach to teach activities of daily living and recovery psychoeducation. You will model ADLs, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback to individuals served in community-based settings.

Responsibilities include planning activities, coordinating transportation, collaborating with schools, landlords, and services, and maintaining a safe environment. A high school diploma and empathy-driven approach are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Zero to one year full-time experience working with individuals receiving mental health/substance use/disability services.
• Ability to communicate with verbal and nonverbal individuals.
• Good interpersonal skills and patience.

Responsibilities

• Teach and coach activities of daily living (ADL) and recovery psychoeducation.
• Plan and facilitate community-based activities and access to resources.
• Provide safe and therapeutic environment using de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with transportation and collaboration with community systems.
• Administer first aid and CPR as needed; supervise meds per program protocols.
