Job summary

Seven Counties Services in Kentucky seeks a part-time direct support professional to teach daily living activities and model recovery skills. You will assist with personal care, meal planning, transportation, and community access while ensuring safety and documenting care.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy. You’ll collaborate with teams, support discharge planning, and help train other staff to deliver person-centered

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with mental health, substance use, or related services.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach daily living activities (ADL) and provide therapeutic feedback.
• Plan and facilitate community-based activities and access to resources.
• Provide transportation and assist with safety and documentation.
• Collaborate with staff and other providers to ensure quality care.
• Offer leadership to direct support staff and participate in trainings.
