Job summary

CALIFORNIA ENHANCED BEHAVIORAL SUPPORT SERVICES LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct care and behavioral support to individuals with developmental needs in a residential setting. The DSP will implement ISP goals, assist with ADLs, and promote independence and community participation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct care and daily living support (ADLs, personal hygiene, meals).
• Implement approved behavioral support plans and ISP goals.
• Recognize triggers and apply crisis de-escalation protocols.
• Monitor health and safety, report changes to supervisors.
• Administer medications per orders and agency procedures.
• Maintain daily notes, incident reports, and data records.
• Promote community integration and resident independence.
• Communicate with team and participate in trainings.
