Qualifications

• Valid California Driver's License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to meet applicable driving requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively, follow instructions, and complete required documentation.
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including household tasks and physical assistance as required by the individual's support needs.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized support based on each person’s needs and service plan.
• Promote independence with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Assist with household management including cleaning and organization.
• Support budgeting, money management, shopping, and independent living skills.
• Facilitate community integration by accompanying individuals to appointments and activities.
• Encourage informed choices and participation in daily routines.
• Implement support strategies and report any health or behavioral changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress.
