Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with individuals to achieve personal outcomes, daily living skills, and informed decision-making.

The role requires clear English communication, documentation, and collaboration with care teams to support health, safety, and community involvement. Responsibilities include developing service plans with the interdisciplinary team, providing positive behavior support, and transporting clients

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English and understand basic documentation.
• Strong communication skills with care teams, clients, and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and documentation.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
