Job summary

Charter Schools USA seeks a Before & After Care Worker to support a safe, orderly environment before and after school. You will supervise students, assist with homework, supervise the playground, and help with snacks and activities in accordance with CSUSA policies.

The role requires a high school diploma, good interpersonal skills, and a commitment to CSUSA values and student well-being. Prior daycare or camp experience is preferred, with a focus on positive, firm, and friendly interactions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe, orderly, and pleasant atmosphere in designated areas.
• Supervise students during before and after care programs.
• Assist students with homework and activities.
• Resolve conflicts with children and parents in a courteous, firm manner.
• Monitor sign-in and dismissal procedures for Before and After Care.
• Support staff and teachers as needed.
