Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT credential or be eligible for reactivation and certified via the BACB registry.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with families and professionals.
• Commitment to privacy, documentation accuracy, and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services under supervision of a Behavior Analyst.
• Support family training and implement behavioral strategies at home or in natural settings.
• Complete documentation: data, notes, and weekly billing records accurately and timely.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain client dignity during interventions.
• Coordinate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and Physical Therapists.
