Job summary

Kaleidoscope Learning Center & Therapy Solutions in New York is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services under BCBA/BCaBA supervision.

You will deliver sessions, implement interventions, collect data, and support families while upholding ethical standards in a safe environment. The role is on-site in the Town of Florida area, with opportunities for certification advancement and bilingual skills considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification (40-hour training and exam) if not yet certified.

Job description

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct, one-on-one ABA services to clients. RBTs work under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA and play a vital role in helping clients build skills, increase independence, and experience meaningful progress.

What We’re Looking For
