Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA programs, monitor client progress with data collection, and collaborate closely with families and a supportive clinical team. The role includes delivering services in diverse community settings to foster independence and social skills.

The ideal candidate has RBT certification (preferred), valid driver’s license, and ability to obtain DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering evidence-based ABA services and data collection.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs and BIPs; collect and analyze data to track progress.
• Provide daily feedback and coaching to families during sessions.
• Deliver services in community settings to promote social interactions and independence.
• Respond to emails and messages within 24 hours; document sessions and obtain parent signatures.
• Attend staff meetings and mandatory trainings as required.
