Job summary

ABA Home Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician / RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and provide progress updates to families and the team.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality in-home services, collaboration with BCBAs, and ongoing professional development. Comfortable driving to client locations and meeting diverse needs is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BLS certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Experience working with children with behavior problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in home setting.
• Must have valid driver’s license; valid car insurance; and have reliable transportation.
• Fluent English required.
• FOR RBTs - Registered Behavior Technician Certification through the BACB.

Our Behavior Technicians / RBTs are an essential part of the ABA Home Therapy team, as you provide direct in-home, school, and community-based ABA services to our clients. Our Behavior Technicians work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement an individualized treatment plan to address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs and social skills.

ABA Home Therapy has Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities based on our Client’s needs.
