Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an experienced Inside Account Manager-Employment Specialist for an immediate opening. The role requires 75% in the office and 25% out meeting with clients, with a focus on recruiting and client service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1–2 years of staffing or inside sales experience, strong phone and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering results.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or real life work experience required.
• Preferred prior customer related work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of managing others.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of staffing or inside sales experience.
• Full cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Understanding of account management.
• Solid phone and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Conduct job interviews, administer and score tests, evaluate applicant skills, abilities and availability.
• Maintain and drive in new business by phone and in person.

• Monitor and record associate performance and provide necessary feedback.
