Responsibilities

• Assist a diverse customer base (job seekers and employers) with employment planning and problem resolution.
• Research labor market information and identify career goals and referrals.
• Coordinate with Department of Corrections for in-reach/re-entry services to reduce barriers to employment.
• Use computer databases and software to track and refer employment opportunities.
