Formación

• Experience applying statutes, regulations, program requirements, or similar criteria to process, review, and evaluate documents.
• Experience with explaining policies, procedures, services, or requirements to people; provide instruction or training.
• Ability to follow policies, regulations, and processes to determine eligibility and provide guidance.
• Substitution: Post-secondary education may substitute for the required experience.

Responsabilidades

• Handle case management and workflow with defined policies and procedures.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients across all access points (Virtual Contact Center, lobby, non-lobby).
• Perform entry-level, technical eligibility determinations with attention to detail.
