Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of employment law cases, including intake, discovery, and filings.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law related to employment issues.
• Draft and review pleadings, subpoenas, and settlement agreements.
• Manage case files and maintain confidentiality with document management systems.
• Coordinate client interviews and witness statements; support court proceedings and negotiations.
• Monitor deadlines and court schedules to ensure timely filings.
• Assist with compliance audits and reporting as needed.
