Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of employment law cases from intake to filings.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law in employment matters.
• Draft and review pleadings, discovery requests, subpoenas, and settlements.
• Manage case files and ensure confidentiality using document management systems.
• Coordinate client interviews and witness statements; support litigation activities.
• Monitor deadlines and court schedules for timely filings.
• Assist with compliance audits and prepare internal reports.
• Collaborate on project management to improve workflow.
• Stay updated on tribal law, UCC, workers’ comp, and related areas.
