• Proficiency with legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
• Ability to handle complex employment disputes including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage/hour claims

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on employment law compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Represent clients in employment litigation including discrimination and wrongful termination
• Draft and review employment policies, contracts, severance agreements, and settlement documents
• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to employment issues
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Negotiate settlements and facilitate dispute resolution between employers and employees
• Manage case files and deadlines using case management software
• Provide training sessions to clients on workplace rights and legal obligations
• Stay current with developments in employment law through ongoing research
