Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements related to personal injury cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research using platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategy and factual development.
• Manage case files using document management systems like iManage and PCLaw, ensuring all records are accurate, organized, and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with clients for interviews, gather medical records, police reports, and other pertinent evidence necessary for case development.
• Track case deadlines and court filings to ensure compliance with procedural law requirements.
• Support litigation processes by reviewing documents for relevance and accuracy, assisting with deposition preparation, and organizing trial materials.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and other stakeholders while handling confidential information with discretion.
• Prepare detailed reports on case status updates for attorneys and clients regularly.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
