Jackson Lewis P.C. seeks an experienced attorney for its Reston, VA office to defend and prosecute employment-related matters, advise employers, and lead trainings on workplace law.

The firm emphasizes professional conduct, teamwork, and client-focused strategies in a national labor and employment practice. The role requires a JD from an ABA-accredited school, 5+ years in employment law, and a current VA Bar admission, with a strong foundation in agency procedures and superior written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.

Duties and Responsibilities:

For Virginia,the expected salary range for this position is between $207,500 - $262,500 This position is also eligible for annual bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
