The candidate should have a JD from an ABA-accredited school, 2+ years of relevant experience, and bar admission (MI) in good standing, with knowledge of agency procedures. The firm offers a robust benefits package and a hybrid work model.

• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.

This position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
