• Advise employers regarding compliance with fair employment laws and related risk management, including dispute resolution programs.

• Litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.

For New York City, the expected salary range for this position is between 232,500-$272,500. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
