The successful candidate will work alongside a highly experienced team of partners, senior counsel, and associates known for their collaborative approach and commitment to client service excellence. The practice handles a diverse range of commercial, regulatory, and litigation matters for clients across multiple industries.

Position Overview

The Litigation Associate will play a key role in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, from case assessment through trial preparation.

Representative responsibilities include:

• Drafting motions, briefs, pleadings, and other litigation-related documents
• Managing discovery in complex litigation matters
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Developing litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys
• Participating in client counseling and case management
• Communicating directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Supporting commercial, regulatory, and other complex litigation matters

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 years of transferable litigation experience

Salary Range:

$230,000 - $300,000 annually

An individual's actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
