Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to the California Bar in good standing.
• 3–6 years of employment litigation experience preferred.
• Experience handling California wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA cases preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
• Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation matters, including drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, including dispositive motions, and taking and defending depositions.
• Handle wage and hour cases, including class actions and PAGA claims.
• Work collaboratively with multiple partners across various matters.
• Engage with clients and maintain positive working relationships.
• Stay current on employment law trends and regulatory updates.

Salary Range:

$210,000 - $260,000 / year DOE
