Qualifications

• 5-6 years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience managing employment disputes through discovery and motion practice.
• Ability to take and defend depositions and draft substantive motions.
• Familiarity with discrimination, retaliation, leave-related claims and wage-and-hour disputes.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of substantive employment litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and motion practice for assigned cases.
• Advise clients and prepare articulate arguments with strong advocacy.
