Founded 40+ years ago, this is a national litigation law firm, with over 200 attorneys, that provides legal services to businesses, insurance companies, and other organizations across a wide range of industries.

Role:

The Employment Law Partner will play a key role in leading client engagements, overseeing litigation matters, providing strategic counsel to employers on workplace issues, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the firm's employment law practice. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional legal judgment, strong leadership and relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with the applicable state bar.
• Significant experience practicing employment law, including employment litigation and counseling.
• Demonstrated expertise in federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Extensive experience managing complex employment disputes, advising clients on litigation strategy, and negotiating resolutions.
• Established client relationships and a demonstrated ability to generate new business and expand an employment law practice.
• Base Salary: $220-300k+, commensurate with experience.
• Additional Compensation: Annual performance-based bonus.
