Position Title: Employment Litigation Associate

Salary Range: $230,000 - $270,000 / Year DOE

Employment Litigation Associate Responsibilities:

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
• Draft and argue motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage complex wage and hour claims and employment discrimination cases
• Participate actively in all phases of litigation

Employment Litigation Associate Requirements:

• 4-7 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Experience with wage and hour claims and employment discrimination matters is preferred
