Boutique Recruiting in Irvine, CA is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to handle complex employment litigation, including wage and hour claims and discrimination matters. You will work with multiple partners and have the autonomy to select cases aligned with your interests.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of relevant experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $230,000 - $270,000 / Year DOE
