The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of relevant experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience with wage and hour claims and employment discrimination matters is preferred.
