Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation matters, including discovery, pleadings, motions, including dispositive motions, and taking and defending depositions.
• Handle wage and hour cases, including class actions and PAGA claims.
• Collaborate with multiple partners across various matters and engage with clients.

Salary Range: $210,000 - $260,000 / year DOE

Employment Litigation Associate Responsibilities:

• Manage employment litigation matters, including drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, including dispositive motions, and taking and defending depositions
• Handle wage and hour cases, including class actions and PAGA claims
• Work collaboratively with multiple partners across various matters
• Engage with clients and maintain positive working relationships
• Stay current on employment law trends and regulatory updates

Employment Litigation Associate Requirements:

• J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school
• Admitted to the California Bar and in good standing
• 3-6 years of employment litigation experience preferred
• Experience handling California wage‑and‑hour class actions and PAGA cases is highly preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Comfortable working in a team‑based environment with a proactive, self‑starter attitude
• Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail
