BakerRipley’s Workforce Solutions team is seeking an Employment and Human Services Associate to support the RESEA program. You will conduct eligibility and career-focused interviews, help participants develop reemployment plans, and ensure program requirements are met while delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll connect individuals to critical resources such as job search assistance, training opportunities, and supportive services, all while closely monitoring their progress and providing ongoing coaching to keep them on track. Position Overview

Education

Bachelor’s degree OR at least six months of experience and transferrable skills may be substituted for each 15 hours of college credit up to two years OR four years of experience working at Workforce Solutions and a recommendation from current or most recent supervisor.
