Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; substitution allowed per policy.
• Experience in career management strategies and job search processes.
• Experience in MS Office (1–3 years).
• Experience in Case Management (1–3 years).
• Experience in Customer Service (1–3 years).
• Inbound/Outbound calling experience (1–3 years).

Responsibilities
