Job summary

Goodwill NCW seeks a dedicated program coordinator at the Mission Support Office in Menasha, WI to oversee enrollment, develop individualized employment plans, and ensure services meet funding requirements.

You will guide participants in career exploration, resume and interview preparation, build relationships with local employers, and deliver tailored training and coaching, while ensuring thorough documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar field preferred.
• Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and attention to detail.
• Previous case management/coaching experience preferred.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees enrollment, development, and management of employment plans per funding rules.
• Supports participants in pursuing skill-building and employment goals.
• Guides career exploration, resumes, applications, and interview preparation.
• Attends networking events to connect with local employers.
• Delivers training and coaching for diverse abilities across settings.
• Completes documentation and data entry for participant files per requirements.
• Identifies group/individual training and professional development opportunities.
• Builds relationships with funding sources and participates in audits.
• Assesses financial wellness needs and refers to counseling when appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.
