Job summary

Goodwill NCW seeks a Part Time Coach to support participants with barriers across various settings. You'll provide job- and soft-skill training, coordinating with case managers to tailor approaches to each individual. Candidates should have strong time management, communication, and customer service skills, with flexibility to work holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year experience working with individuals with barriers preferred.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and travel to multiple locations with valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized coaching and training to participants with diverse abilities across settings.
• Collates with Case Manager to tailor training methods to participant needs.
• Communicates with supervisors and site contacts to align support with requirements.
• Monitors and documents participant performance and behavior, completing records on time.
• Orients participants at new training sites; ensures policy and safety compliance.
• Participates in accrediting, licensing, and funding audits as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
