The candidate will represent both employees and employers, handle complex litigation and counseling, and draft and negotiate agreements. J.D. and Massachusetts Bar Admission are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and Massachusetts Bar Admission required.
• Experience in employment litigation and counseling.
• Ability to represent both employees and employers.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent employees and employers in employment matters.
• Handle state and federal employment litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial work.
• Draft and negotiate employment, severance, and separation agreements.
• Advise executives on employment matters, including equity compensation and stock options.
• Counsel employers on discipline, termination, and workplace issues.
• Advise employees on potential claims and workplace disputes.
• Draft pre-litigation demand letters.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
