The ideal candidate has a J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited school, Massachusetts admission, and at least 3 years of employment law experience, with strong communication and collaborative skills for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. or LL.M. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted or eligible for Massachusetts bar.
• 3+ years of employment law experience.
• Litigating employment matters before state/federal courts and administrative agencies.
• Advising employers on employment compliance.
