Job summary

Latitude is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate for a full-time, permanent hybrid role in downtown Boston. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of full-cycle litigation experience and deep knowledge of federal and Massachusetts employment laws, including wage/hour, leave, and discrimination issues.

The role combines sophisticated litigation with client counseling and business-minded advice. Hybrid schedule requires onsite three days per week in Boston with strong client relationship potential

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle litigation experience in federal, state and administrative venues.
• Employment litigation experience and knowledge of federal and Massachusetts employment laws.
• Experience providing practical, business-minded advice on employment issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent written and oral communication with clear legal analysis.

Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of litigation and client counseling responsibilities.
• Manage matters in federal, state and administrative venues and support discovery and trial prep.
• Collaborate with firm colleagues and develop long-term client relationships.
• Contribute to case strategy, advice, and employment-law related counseling.
