Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Labor & Employment experience, California Bar admission, and strong writing and oral advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Labor & Employment experience.
• California Bar admission.
• Experience with FEHA, wage & hour, or related employment issues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle Wage & Hour class and PAGA actions, and single-plaintiff matters.
• Provide employment counseling and compliance guidance to clients.
• Direct client contact with responsibility for case development.
