The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, deep knowledge of employment law, and excellent writing and advisory skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from ABA-accredited school.
• Massachusetts Bar admission required.
• Meaningful litigation experience in employment law.

Responsibilities

• Represent employees and employers in state and federal litigation.
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements and severance agreements.
• Counsel employers on difficult personnel decisions and workplace risk.
• Negotiate pre-litigation letters and settlements while guiding clients toward favorable resolutions.
