The State of Georgia is seeking a Business Services Recruiter in Atlanta to support employers through WorkSource Georgia. You will help create employer accounts, post and optimize jobs, and ensure a high-quality experience for businesses across the region.

You will collaborate with regional teams, assist at hiring events, and provide real-time virtual or on-site support to employers with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficient recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Associate's degree in a related field with two years of related experience acceptable.
• Knowledge of hiring and recruitment practices and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for businesses needing recruitment support through WorkSource Georgia.
• Assist employers in creating accounts and posting jobs on the WorkSource Georgia Portal.
• Optimize job postings by offering guidance on language, visibility, and candidate match quality.
• Coordinate with Regional Coordinators and the Recruitment & Hiring Events Team to support hiring initiatives.
• Provide ongoing customer service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
