Job summary

The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) seeks a Business Services Recruiter to deliver hands-on recruitment support to Georgia employers, manage job postings in WorkSource Georgia, and ensure a high-quality customer experience for businesses.

You will provide virtual and on-ground recruitment assistance, collaborate with regional teams, and help optimize postings for better visibility and candidate match during major hiring events and job fairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an associate degree with two years of related work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
• Ability to travel regionally and work non-standard hours during major events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for businesses needing recruitment support through WorkSource Georgia.
• Assist employers in creating accounts and posting jobs on the WorkSource Georgia Portal.
• Optimize job postings by offering guidance on language, visibility, and candidate match quality.
• Coordinate with Regional Coordinators and the Recruitment & Hiring Events Team to support hiring initiatives.
