The University Career Center at UT Dallas is seeking a Coordinator of Employer Relations to build strategic partnerships with external employers and expand student and alumni access to employment opportunities. The role focuses on coordinating events, managing communications, and enhancing campus employer engagement.

Required is a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in related fields; a Master’s degree is preferred. Travel to off-campus sites and occasional evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred in Business, HR, Marketing, Higher Education, or related field.
• Experience in career services, employer relations, or recruiting is desirable.
• Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or recruiting platforms such as Handshake is a plus.

• Coordinate logistics for on-campus and virtual employer events, including scheduling and room reservations.
• Manage employer communications, invitations, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Develop event timelines and support process improvements for flawless execution.
• Respond to employer and student inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain employer accounts in online recruiting systems; assist with postings and user support.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and drive engagement.
