University Career Center at UT Dallas seeks a Coordinator of Employer Relations to develop strategic employer partnerships, organize recruiting events, and enhance campus employer engagement. A Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in related roles is required, with a Master's preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Strong marketing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems or recruiting platforms such as Handshake.
• Willingness to travel, work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistics for on-campus and virtual employer events (career fairs, info sessions, tabling, networking).
• Manage employer communications, invitations, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Develop event timelines and assist with process improvements for day-of execution.
• Support training for employers and campus staff on recruiting platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and drive engagement.
• Assist with reporting and data tracking for employer participation and student engagement.
• Work with UCC team and campus partners to deliver high-quality events.
