Job summary

You will supervise Campus Lead(s), analyze regional industry trends, align with curriculum, and work with Career Development to expand employer engagement across campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years in a leadership/management role with team oversight.
• 3 years of program coordination and deployment.
• 3 years of customer relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate core values with stakeholders, customers, students and community.
• Develop and nurture relationships with regional/local employers for online, hybrid and on-site programs.
• Coordinate employer events: job fairs, spotlights, networking, campus tours and visits.
• Grow employment opportunities for graduates through collaboration with regional leads.
• Lead and supervise Campus Leads to foster learning and growth.
• Advance employer relations initiatives regionally in partnership with leadership.
