Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Degree in Student Affairs, HR, business, communications or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a college career center or related setting required.
• Event management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer outreach programs to connect students with internships and employment.
• Coordinate employer relations, partnerships and sponsor activities.
• Plan and coordinate large-scale career events such as career fairs and info sessions.
• Manage the 12Twenty internship and job database and generate reports.
• Provide liaison with academic colleges and industry partners for career pathways.
