Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter and Branding Partner to build strong candidate pipelines and shape an authentic employer narrative across markets.

You will create sourcing strategies, collaborate with the Recruiting Team and hiring managers, and manage the employment brand on LinkedIn, Indeed, Circa, and the company career page.

A strong background in ATS/CRM tools (Workday preferred), excellent communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 3-5 years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM; Workday preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Team and hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source a talent pool through various channels including online databases, search engines, social media, email campaigns, cold calling, and professional networks.
• Screen and evaluate candidates' profiles to determine suitability for open positions.
