Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a U.S.-based Employee Success People Consultant (ESPC) to partner with ES teams, driving data-led programs for the CRO and global sales org. The role emphasizes analytics, executive-ready storytelling, and scalable HR processes across the organization.

The ESPC will lead projects, coordinate with COEs and global partners, and advance HR initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and adapting to a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Knowledge of employment policies and staffing and talent management.
• Experience with workforce planning or large-scale transformations advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and analytical support to ESBPs with data for CRO programs.
• Monitor trends in employee satisfaction, attrition and turnover.
• Support digital transformation through AI, Agents, UAT, and process improvements.
• Partner with COEs and global partners to deliver HR processes and insights.
• Lead ES program projects with objectives, timelines and communications.
• Manage communications channels and automate using AI/digital tools.
• Coordinate across governance structures and reporting cadences.
• Prepare and facilitate program meetings and updates.
• Advance reshaping, growth, acquisition and reorganizations.
• Create tools and templates for scalable service delivery.
