• Demonstrated ability to support diverse, geographically dispersed, fast-paced environments.

• Ability to develop relationships across all levels of the organization with diverse client groups.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to ESBP Partners and leaders, ensuring HR strategies support business needs.
• Provide operational and analytical support to the ESBPs with quantitative and qualitative data for ES programs.
• Monitor and interpret trends around employee satisfaction, attrition and turnover using HR analytics tools.
• Proactively understand analysis needs and present narratives to leaders on org health and ES activities.
• Support digital transformation efforts through AI, Agents, UAT and process improvements.
• Partner with ESBPs, COEs and global partners to deliver HR processes, programs and insights.
• Deliver on the talent strategy initiatives: retention, succession planning, compensation, mobility, change management.
• Lead ES programs with clear objectives, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
