Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a U.S.-based Employee Success People Consultant to partner with ES teams and global partners to drive programs for the CRO and sales org. You will translate data into actionable insights and support organizational health initiatives.

You’ll monitor employee satisfaction and turnover, lead program communication, and advance AI-enabled process improvements in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong data analysis and narrative-building abilities.
• Experience presenting to executives and coordinating programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and analytical support to ESBPs with data for ES programs.
• Monitor trends in employee satisfaction and turnover; use HR analytics tools.
• Lead digital transformation efforts using AI, agents, UAT and process improvements.
• Collaborate with COEs, ESBPs and global partners to execute HR processes and insights.
• Lead programs, track objectives, timelines and communications; coordinate ESPC team.
