Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a U.S.-based Employee Success People Consultant (ESPC) to join our Employee Success organization. The role partners with ESBPs, COEs, People Services & Operations, Reward Partners and more to coordinate and roll out ES programs that support the business needs of the organization.

It focuses on org health reviews, promotions, talent reviews, performance reviews, and employee experience surveys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
• Proven experience in HR analytics or people operations.
• Excellent communication and program management.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and analytical support to ESBPs with data.
• Monitor employee satisfaction, attrition and turnover metrics.
• Lead ES programs with timelines and communication plans.
• Coordinate with COEs, PS&O, and global partners.
• Prepare leadership updates, risk summaries and decisions.
