Salesforce seeks an Employee Success Business Partner Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to directors and senior managers, partnering with HR and People leaders to shape talent strategy and workforce transformation. 5-7 years of experience as an HR/ES Business Partner or similar talent advisory role.
Experience supporting director/senior-manager level clients.

Proven ability to build high-trust relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

HR-for-HR partnership: support organizational strategy, business transformation, engagement and AI integration at team/functional level.
Leadership advisory & coaching to assigned leaders, anchoring guidance in trust and equality.
Operational excellence: manage succession, merit/compensation reviews, and workforce planning.
Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and HR COEs.
